The Silent Rhythm Series is an exhibition that explores how differences in the perception of sound and space impact one's attitude. We all hear differently and, through the space, each of us interprets where and how the sound originates in our own way. This exhibition visually expresses how people's movements and attitudes change within the directionality and uncertainty of sound. In this space, unusual and sometimes puzzling sounds will be heard. However, these sounds will not be clearly perceived in the space, and the visitors will try to understand the sound in their own way. When one cannot clearly hear the sound or fully grasp its meaning, how will they accept the sound, and what decisions will they withhold? Will there be a visitor who can understand the sound? The Silent Rhythm Series explores how the rhythm we perceive is not solely dependent on hearing, but how space, attitude, and each individual's rhythm are intertwined.Through the immersive experience of The Silent Rhythm Series, visitors will raise new questions about their own 'attitude toward listening' and have the opportunity to feel and discover their 'own rhythm' that emerges between sound and space.
